What Is a DMCA Notice
DMCA stands for the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of the United States. A DMCA notice is a formal complaint from a copyright owner who believes that content on a website breaks copyright. This page explains how to send such a notice to PantyGames. Please use this process only for genuine copyright complaints, so that real cases can be handled properly.
What to Include in Your Notice
Please include the name of the work that you own, and the link to the page on PantyGames where the work appears. Please describe the work and the part that you believe breaks copyright, in your own words. Please also include your full name and your email address, a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not allowed by you or by law, and a statement that your notice is correct. Please sign your notice with your full name.
Where to Send Your Notice
Please send your DMCA notice by email to support@pantygames.online, and please use DMCA Notice as the subject line. Please do not send a copyright notice as a general contact message without this subject line, because it may be missed. If you own more than one work, please send one notice for each work, so each case can be reviewed clearly. You can also find general contact details on our Contact Us page.
How We Review a Notice
When we receive a notice, we will review the details in it carefully. If the notice is complete and appears genuine, we may remove or limit access to the content named in it. If the notice is incomplete, we may ask for more details before taking action. We will keep a record of the notice for review purposes, but we will not share your private details in public.
Counter Notice
If you believe that content was removed by mistake, you may send a counter notice. Please explain why you believe the removal was a mistake, include your full name and email address, and include the link to the page that was affected. Please also include a statement that you accept responsibility for your counter notice. We will review a counter notice in the same careful way as an original notice.
Repeat Problems and Contact
If the same content is reported again and again, we will look at the pattern as a whole. We may limit access to that content, and we may also limit access for a person who repeatedly breaks copyright rules. This step is taken to protect copyright owners and to keep PantyGames safe. If you have a question about a DMCA notice, please write to support@pantygames.online with DMCA Notice in the subject line, and please do not use this email for general questions, because those may be delayed. Please read our Terms and Conditions page as well.
